GENERAL

The published rate is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old staying in the same room with their parents at no extra charge. If a rate for 3 adults is requested, the third person will incur an additional charge, which will be reflected when checking availability on the website.

Requests for cribs and/or extra beds may incur additional costs, which must be quoted and paid at the hotel upon check-in (subject to property availability).
External food and beverages are not allowed on hotel premises.

Please note that an official ID (voter ID, passport, driver’s license, professional ID) must be presented at check-in. For corporate rates, it is necessary to present identification as an employee of the company under which the reservation was made.
Reservations will only be honored as indicated and confirmed in the system. The hotel may reject any other written or printed confirmation that may have been altered.

INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN (PLAN B)

The meal plan is available and includes a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all à la carte.

The cost per person, whether adult or child, does not include any beverages, and is subject to the following dining hours:

• Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM local time
• Lunch: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM local time
• Dinner: 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM local time

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. The check-out time is 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If you wish to access your room earlier or check out later, please contact the reservations department or the hotel directly to inquire about additional costs for these services.

Las Alamandas Resort reserves the right to accept or promote a room change upon the guest’s arrival to a higher category room, either as a courtesy or for an additional charge upon agreement with the guest.

DATE CHANGE POLICY

In the event of a date change for your reservation (as long as the previously purchased rate allows it and is within the permitted timeframe), modifications may be subject to availability at the time of the change request. The previously reserved rate may not be available, so the best available rate for that day will be offered, and any difference in rates will apply.

Once the date change is accepted by the hotel, an additional charge of $100.00 USD plus taxes will apply for the change.

If you wish to extend your stay, the previously confirmed rate may not be available;
therefore, the confirmed rate for the extended nights will be the best available rate for that day.

In the event of early departure from the confirmed dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining unused nights, according to the cancellation policy of the reserved rate.

The mentioned time for making changes and cancellations is based on the local time zone of Mexico City (GMT-06:00 Central Standard Time).

RATE POSTING

Published rates online have been calculated in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment for the
reservation can be made in USD or in national currency (MXN) at the official exchange rate on the day of payment, as per your preference.

Changes in taxes or rates implemented from the time of reservation may affect the total price of the room.

The rate is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated when checking
availability on the website. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a modification in the rate.

UPGRADE POLICY

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

For reservations during CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, deposits for guaranteed
reservations are non-refundable.

To proceed with a refundable cancellation for dates other than CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, a cancellation notice is required at least 90 days prior to the arrival date.

It is advisable to purchase a travel insurance policy to protect your investment in case of cancellation. Las Alamandas Resort is not responsible for changes in your plans.

If the guest does not arrive at the time of check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge for a NO SHOW and cancel the reservation.

This charge applies to any type of purchase rate. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged; for refundable reservations, the charge will be for the first night of the stay.

NO SHOW charges will be applied directly to the credit card provided at the time of the reservation.

WEB PAYMENT
To enhance your experience and securely complete your reservation, we currently have a payment gateway through Openpay.

• Payment Methods
  • Full Payment: The total stay will be charged at the time of reservation.
  • Partial Payment: Only 50% of the stay will be charged at the time of
    reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid in full at check-in at the
    property.
• Payment Options
  • Payment with Openpay Checkout: You must log in to your Openpay
    account, select the card you wish to use, and make the corresponding
    payment for the reservation according to the selected payment method.
    Remember that by logging in to your Openpay account and proceeding withthe payment process, you authorize Las Alamandas Resort to charge the corresponding amount for your reservation.
  • Payment with Credit or Debit Card: You must perform a regular e-commerce transaction by entering your credit or debit card information and make the corresponding payment for the reservation according to the selected payment method. Remember that by entering your banking details and continuing with the payment process, you authorize Las Alamandas Resort to charge the corresponding amount for your reservation.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

To guarantee the reservation, 100% of your stay (FULL PAYMENT) or a 50% deposit
(PARTIAL PAYMENT) is required depending on the selected payment option at the time of reservation.

For non-refundable rates or one-night stays, a 100% charge for the stay will be made.
