Las Alamandas’ Contemporary Mexican Cuisine is a fusion of classic Mexican recipes, the finest fresh and organic ingredients, the latest Mexican and international trends, and the creativity of the resort’s chefs. The seafood is freshly caught by local fisherman, meats are procured from local farmers and most of the vegetables, lettuces, herbs and fruits are grown in the resort’s own organic gardens.
